Telehealth FAQ
How does telehealth work?
Telehealth appointments allow you to get professional guidance and support for your pain and injuries without the hassle of fighting traffic, coming into the clinic, and trying to make your appointment on time. Online consultations can be a convenient way to understand and manage injuries and guide the recovery process effectively. My treatment approach is grounded in education and exercise, which can translate well to the online space.
What can I expect from a telehealth consultation?
From the outset, we work together to map out all of the things that might be contributing to your pain and injury experience. Through shared decision-making and mutually agreed actions, we decide which factors we can have the greatest impact on and create a plan that allows us to work toward your goals.
How do I book a telehealth consultation?
Simply follow the process outlined here. Before any online consultation, you will be asked to complete this form designed to gather important information about you and your condition. This allows us more time during our appointment for a detailed conversation and examination and to make a start on your treatment plan.
