How does telehealth work?
Telehealth appointments allow you to receive expert guidance for your pain or injury without the hassle of traffic, waiting rooms, or rushing to make your appointment. Whether you're managing a new injury or navigating persistent pain, online consultations offer a convenient and effective way to get personalised support from the comfort of your home.
My treatment approach focuses on education, exercise, and self-management strategies — all of which translate seamlessly to the online setting. You’ll still receive the same high-quality care you'd expect in person, tailored to your goals.
What can I expect from a telehealth consultation?
Each session is centred around you. We begin by exploring the possible factors contributing to your pain or injury, including movement patterns, training load, daily habits, or past history.
Together, we identify what matters most, using shared decision-making to agree on meaningful actions. From there, we build a clear, goal-focused plan that fits your life and supports recovery.
Before your consultation, you’ll complete a short intake form that helps me better understand your condition. This means we can spend more time during the session discussing your concerns, conducting an active movement-based exam, and getting started on treatment.

All fees are listed on the fees and services page. Please note: Private health fund rebates may not apply to telehealth services. If you're unsure, check with your fund directly.
