Services

Online consultations give you direct access to a sports injury specialist from the comfort of your home or gym. You’ll receive a full assessment, tailored rehabilitation plan, and ongoing support to keep you progressing with confidence, whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or building back to sport.
Expert injury advice, wherever you are.
For athletes who prefer to work face-to-face, Tim offers in-person consultations every six weeks at Complete Physio, Richmond.
These sessions provide detailed movement assessment, manual therapy where appropriate, and tailored exercise progressions designed to restore strength, control, and confidence. Each plan bridges the gap between clinical rehabilitation and real-world performance, so you can return to training and competition safely.
Hands-on guidance and performance-based rehab.
