Thanks for visiting. This site is here to help you connect with Tim and explore the clinical services he offers, as well as access educational resources in sports and exercise medicine.

Tim Trevail is the Director of Physical Health at Torrens University, a clinician at Complete Physio Exercise & Performance in Melbourne, and runs a dedicated online practice for combat sports athletes. His work brings together clinical expertise and academic leadership to advance healthcare education and improve outcomes for both patients and students.

Tim specialises in sports and exercise injury management, with a particular focus on combat sports and tendon-related pain. He has extensive experience in Rugby Union and private practice across the UK and Australia, with key strengths in acute injury care, rehabilitation, and injury prevention.

 

He holds an Honours degree in Sports Therapy (UK), a Postgraduate Diploma in Learning and Teaching, and a Master’s in Sports and Exercise Medicine (with a thesis focused on injury prevention in combat sports). He is currently completing a PhD investigating physical activity and persistent tendon pain.

 

A passionate advocate for movement and performance, Tim trains regularly in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and works closely with grappling athletes to help them recover, perform, and stay injury-free.
